Our company "Dynasty" was established in 1981 by Fred Huxtable and Doug Walters, as "Dynasty Contemporary Office Cleaning Company" In 1983, a new name of "Dynasty Cleaning Company" and Sole Proprietorship belonged to Doug Walters.

During the past 25 years, our company name has changed to reflect the constant changes in our industry. Such names were Dynasty Cleaning Company, Dynasty Commercial Cleaning Services, and finally, "Dynasty Building Services” As our base and services evolved into a full Building Maintenance Company, our current name was put forth in 2002.
